Arini ade sorang customer ni masuk bank and wut permintaan yang agak x masuk akal tp mungkin sbb die da terdesak sgt kot..

Situation 1 

Customer masuk bank and cakap pada guard yg die nak jumpa manager.

Customer : I want to see your manager.

Guard terus pergi ke counter and panggil Kak Ida sbb OIC kitorg is admitted.

Situation 2 

Kak Ida : Yes Sir, anything that i can help??

Customer : I don't have saving in Maybank but i do have account with RHB bank. The only account that i have with Maybank is my hire purchase account. I want to buy a flight ticket but i short by RM30. I know you do not have this kind of service but can i borrow RM30 from you?

Kak Ida : (tergamam) I'm sorry Sir  but we don't have that kind of service here.

Customer trus memblahkan diri dengan perasaan x puas hati.

P/S : Dear value customers, we are Maybank and not MyBank. You cannot simply walk into the bank and ask for a money just like that. Its not  that we can just take the money from our drawer and give it to you.
